Transitional Living Re-Entry Program Description

The Transitional Living Re-Entry Program is a structured, supportive housing initiative designed to assist individuals returning to the community after incarceration, homelessness, or significant life disruption. The program provides safe, stable housing combined with intensive case management, life skills development, workforce readiness training, and connection to community-based resources.

Our mission is to reduce recidivism, prevent homelessness, and promote long-term self-sufficiency by addressing the underlying barriers that prevent successful reintegration into society.
